Q: How long does shipping normally take?
Most orders arrive within 15 business days of the shipping date. However, it can sometimes take up to 25 business days for orders to arrive. Stock levels and availability have an effect on shipping times as well.
Q: Can I track my order?
Yes! You will be provided with a tracking number once your order ships.
Q: What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. Exceptions are made for damaged or defective items. You will need to contact us to obtain an RMA number prior to making your return.
Q: What is your refund policy?
If we have shipped you the wrong item, or the item hasn’t arrived within 35 business days we will refund or replace your order upon request.
Q: I only received one item, where is the rest of my order?
Don’t worry, the rest of your order is on the way! We often ship items individually so that even if some items aren’t available your entire order won’t be held up, and you’ll receive your items as fast as possible.

Q: My order status is completed but I don’t have my order?
This simply means that the order has been processed and shipped, essentially the order has been “completed” from our end and is now on its way to you!
Q: How do you process payments?
All payments and exchanges are dealt directly by our payment processors.

Q: Will Christmas affect shipping times?
Due to the high amount of shipments that are sent and delivered in this season, orders can be expected to arrive up to 10 business days later than expected. This means that all orders made in November and December can take up to 35 business days to arrive. This also has an effect on our refund policy, if orders do not arrive within 45 business days since the shipping date then please enquire for a refund or replacement.
